Downham Market Town Council

The decision was taken at the Full Council meeting of 5th February 2025 to trial a reorganisation of the committee structure.

With immediate effect, the work previously done by committees will be dealt with at meetings of the Full Council - this will convene twice each month instead of the previous once a month.  

The trial period is for 6 months during which time the effectiveness of the new arrangements will be evaluated.
